At JOB CORE, we believe that education is the foundation for opportunity. We are a nonprofit dedicated to removing the barriers that keep people in underserved communities from achieving meaningful, sustainable careers.
Through vocational training, career development, and strong employer partnerships, we help people gain the skills, certifications, and confidence they need to change their futures.
Our Impact: From our start in 2024, we’ve already helped hundreds of individuals secure education and employment — and we’re just getting started.
Where It All Started
JOB CORE began with a need in the healthcare field — where even dedicated, hard-working families struggled to afford career-advancing education. We partnered with a local Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) school to launch a sponsorship program that provided tuition support, training, and direct job placement.
The result? Over 100 graduates who not only earned credentials but also found careers that strengthened their families and communities.

History
Founded in September 2024, JOB CORE began with a simple but urgent mission: to remove the financial and educational barriers that keep people from advancing their careers.
Our story started in the healthcare sector, where the families of healthcare employees faced significant obstacles in pursuing further education. The founders partnered with a local CNA school to launch a sponsorship program that provided tuition assistance, training, and job placement. This initiative successfully helped many people gain both education and employment in healthcare.
Encouraged by this success, JOB CORE expanded its mission beyond healthcare, connecting individuals from underserved communities with resources, mentorship, and financial support in multiple career paths.
We now serve individuals aged 16 and older, in both urban and rural areas, through:
